Watch:The Full Fight Ronda Rousey vs. Bethe Correia

Watch: Ronda Rousey vs. Bethe Correia UFC FIGHT. Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's Bantamweight badasses Ronda Rousey and Bethe Correia will finally throw down TONIGHT (Aug. 1, 2015) at UFC 190 inside HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Rousey has been utterly destroying opponents for some time, but she's taken it to a whole new level lately. In fact, her last two title defenses lasted a grand total of 30 seconds, though Rousey has promised to extend the beating on Correia.

Speaking of, the Brazilian "Pitbull" is on a decent win streak, but it's really her trash talk and beef with the champion that earned her this fight. While it's not the usual method of securing a title shot, Correia will attempt to make it pay off.

Let's take a look at the keys to victory for both women:

Ronda Rousey
Record: 11-0
Key Wins: Miesha Tate (UFC 168, Strikeforce: Tate vs Rousey), Sara McMann (UFC 170), Cat Zingano (UFC 184)
Key Losses: None
Keys to Victory: Rousey is the most effective Judo fighter in the history of the sport. Throwing her opponents through the air with ease, Rousey has managed to finished nine of her opponents via arm bar.

And she knocked out the rest.

In this fight, Rousey's main key to victory is to avoid doing something stupid or injuring herself in some bizarre manner. Barring a running into a metal pipe backstage or ripping off some toes in Jon Jones-esque fashion, there's not a single technical reason her opponent should win the fight.

Rousey is simply far beyond her opponent. She's the biggest favorite in UFC history for a reason, and that reason is because she can maul her opponent in whichever fashion pleases her. While Rousey has been brutally effective in the past, even opponents that she quickly dispatched could've potentially threatened her with something.

That's not the case with Correia. There's a constant narrative of "Anything Can Happen!" in mixed martial arts (MMA), but if ever that were not the case, it's this fight.
                                     VS
Bethe Correia
Record: 9-0
Key Wins: Julie Kedzie (UFC Fight Night 33), Shayna Baszler (UFC 177), Jessamyn Duke (UFC 172)
Key Losses: None
Keys to Victory: Correia is an effective striker with a fairly unproven ground game. She's at her best when pressuring her opponent -- and though she's not a heavy hitter -- the Brazilian can chip away at her opponent with volume.

As mentioned, Correia does not have a technical or physical edge in this bout. I can't even be generous and give her the intangible mental advantage, as Rousey is a bonafide crazy person when it comes to focus and determination.

So rather than try to make up pointless strategic advice, I'll simply advise that Correia continue her mental warfare. If her trash talk actually angers Rousey enough to stand and trade with Correia, well, it won't make her chances any worse.

Basically, Rousey can almost certainly toss and armbar her opponent at any moment that she chooses. It's Correia job to annoy Rousey enough that she chooses not to, which at least gives Correia the proverbial puncher's chance.

But again, she's not a very powerful puncher ...
Bottom Line: Rousey and Miesha Tate will have their trilogy fight sometime in the winter.
In all seriousness, the numbers behind this fight will be rather telling for Rousey. Just about everyone that follows the sport even a little knows that Correia is doomed, and the rest of the card isn't particularly strong. If Rousey manages to do strong numbers despite all that, she may in fact be the biggest star in the organization.

Alternatively, a poor showing could be a major problem for the champion. She's all but run out of contenders, so if that's an important element to draw viewers, she might be in a bad position.
Although that's about as likely as Rousey actually losing this fight.
For Correia, this fight is basically a chance to get her name out there. She's almost certainly going to lose, but if she at least puts forth a decent showing or makes things interesting in some way (other than the grotesque bend in her arm), then it wouldn't be a complete loss.
